If you were Ishmael and you were forced at gunpoint to watch an old man be shot in the head, what would you do? How would you feel? Use examples and details from the story.
I would want to get up and try to help the old man, but I know it would be useless. Since they have leverage over me because of their guns, and the other hostages. I would feel like garbage knowing that I could only sit back and watch.
I would take the old man with me and say "Everything is going to be ok". I would sad because every suppose to respect the older people. I would disrespect the rebels with the gun to start to say something disrespectful.
i would watch if the rebels were watching me to see if i was looking if not id look straight but in another direction. i would feel scared because there is a gun on my head and i would be trembling so hard because you never know wht they might do.
If I were forced at gunpoint to watch an old man get shot in the head I would look away. I would be feel scared, horrible,traumatize and worried about dying. For example, Ishmael looked away when the old man got shot and he felted scared for his life.
I would be really depressed because I would have to watch another human kill another human witch is scary also. I'll probably look away because thats something painful to watch.
If i were him, i wouldn't care if they would kill me because i know nothing about my family, if they're alive or dead and i don't have any food but i would try to run away, try to escape. i would be scared but confident.
I would to persuade them not to torture him even though it wouldn't change their minds.I would feel more scared than i ever felt before especially after they shot close to the old man because that would have really scared me to see someone get killed right in front of my eyes.
If I was in Ishmael Shoes, I would take the gun and shot myself, I Wouldnt want to live any longer to see all the torture they were giving everyone, Also the Torture that I was going to recieve
If i were him, i would just cry and i won't see the death of him. i would pray. but if i were brave enough, i think i will go to the rebel and tell them not to do that because they are our country people. i know that they would kill me, if i do that. but i will help someone from dieing in front of me. then it will be a nightmare to me fro my whole life.
I don't think i would be able to watch the elderly man get shot in the head. It would be heart breaking, but if it was to save my life, it hink i would have to bear it.
If I watched an old man get shot in the head i would probably pass out or break down in tears. When I read this part of the story, I imagined how bad it would feel for me to be forced to laugh as they humiliate a poor old man. To watch him get shot would be unimaginable. It was hard for me to think of since i've never been a part of some serious violence or even war.

I would do nothing but obey since I am at gunpoint. I would just close my eyes,pray, and hold back tears so they don't get the satisfaction of seeing me cry. I would feel trapped and sad because I can't do anything. I would also feel depressed that such a situation is going on and probably loose all hope that things will get better.
Deppending in the mind of state that i was in, if i was in a sad mood i would probrably turn away, but i would probrably watch most of the time until i heard the actual gun shot.
I would see the man die and then hold on what i have inside of me and io would feel very scared but it will be all worth it at the end when the world comes to peace

Also i would'nt want to see an old man dead in front of me,but at the end it wasn't up to me to decide who dies yes or no.I guess that old would of scariface hus life so that at he ending or country would be in peace at the ending.

I would be so scared if something like that happened in front of me. It would stick with my for the rest of my life every time I closed my eyes. I would think to myself, "What did this man do to them to deserve this other then live his last moments in life with misery".
